We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Lawyer to join our successful law firm and private wealth department. As a Private Client Lawyer, you will work alongside inspiring and well-respected partners and colleagues, providing expert advice to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

About the Role
  • As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, farmers, and the independently wealthy.
  • You will provide probate and estate administration services, ensuring that our clients' estates are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • You will also offer succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice, Wills, LPAs, shareholder agreements, and probate, helping our clients to achieve their business goals.
Requirements
  • You will have at least 1.5 years' experience as a solicitor or legal executive, with a strong background in private client law.
  • You will have broad private client experience, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • You will be an ideal candidate if you have a strong understanding of tax and succession planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
