Job Title: Bi-lingual Service and Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Bi-lingual Service and Admin Coordinator to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our EMEA regional support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve warranty claims from our Tech team for EMEA customers, ensuring timely and efficient responses to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange shipments, manage stock, and back orders for HyperX products across the EMEA region.
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments, courier services, and fulfilment centres to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in product training to increase product knowledge and stay up-to-date with regional email templates.
  • Assist with e-commerce orders and queries as needed.
  • Manage and plan team-building events and office-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Plus, preferably one other language at an excellent level (German, Turkish, or French).

This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, working Monday to Thursday (8am-5pm) and Friday (8am-2pm). The role is paying £93 per day, with the opportunity to work remotely at least one day a week.
