This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect or a driven Business Analyst to join our forward-thinking organization. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations and supporting our vision to lead in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage our Enterprise Architecture repository
- Provide architectural expertise for transformation initiatives
- Interpret and contextualize business strategies
- Develop essential artifacts such as capability models and value streams
- Ensure alignment of strategic goals within the broader architectural framework
- Conduct analyses including process gaps, value streams, and capability maturity
- Implement a unified Business Architecture Framework across the organization
- Facilitate communication between business requirements and design phases
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to create a cohesive business IT environment
- Work alongside Solutions Infrastructure architects and the Security Team to ensure compliance
- Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend their application
- Identify areas for process enhancement and propose improvements to existing architecture
- Establish governance protocols and maintain thorough documentation
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Enterprise Architect or Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture modeling languages such as Archimate and/or TOGAF
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
