Position Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for a Junior Field Service Technician with PRS. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in the maintenance and servicing of heat interface units (HIUs).

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Field Service Technician, you will:

  • Engage in both scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks for HIUs.
  • Receive guidance from seasoned technicians to build your confidence and expertise in the field.
  • Enhance your understanding of heat networks and their critical role in supporting environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Work under the supervision of a Field Service Manager who will assist you in achieving your professional objectives.
Work Schedule

Your total working hours will be 40 per week, with shifts determined by the local schedule. Overtime and on-call duties may be required.

Operational Duties

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting inspections and performing reactive maintenance to address heat or cooling issues promptly.
  • Updating work orders in accordance with company protocols using our asset management system.
  • Coordinating with the service desk to ensure timely rebooking and resolution of pending jobs.
  • Managing your own inventory of parts and communicating with management regarding critical supplies.
  • Adhering to the company's Health & Safety policies while working.
  • Supporting team members to achieve collective goals.
Customer Service

Delivering exceptional service to clients is paramount. You will:

  • Understand and follow the escalation process for issues that require further action beyond your immediate responsibilities.
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
