Project Manager - ETRM Systems Lead

Templeton and Partners, a leading provider of innovative and inclusive hiring solutions, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in ETRM Systems to lead our global clients in the energy sector.

  • Duration: 6-12 months (with possible extensions)
  • Work Type: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee medium-to-large projects of moderate-to-high complexity and risk, ensuring the delivery of business value through effective project management.

  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all aspects of the project lifecycle.
  • Rigorously manage scope through a structured change management process to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Create and validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures.
  • Proactively analyze risks and variances against plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholder change and communication plans and engagements are developed and executed.
Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Trading & Supply business, especially Freight management E2E processes.
  • Knowledge and previous implementation experience with the ETRM Endur system.
  • E2E integration of multiple systems – testing & cutover.
Special Challenges:
  • Build trust with sponsors and key stakeholders by delivering tough messages with grace.
  • Execute decisions despite limited information.
  • Work virtually in a diverse global organization and with major outsourced suppliers of infrastructure and application services.
  • Tailor stakeholder communications material and level of detail to the audience.
  • Good understanding and experience of Agile frameworks.
  • Experience planning and leading Agile projects and educating stakeholders and others involved while managing a project.
