IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Actuarial Pensions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our GB Retirement practice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our exciting growth strategy.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in core UK defined benefit pensions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on trustee and corporate assignments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Project management of large teams and projects
- Delegation and coaching of junior associates
- Client-service orientation and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in client teams
- Proven experience in actuarial work, with a focus on defined benefit pensions
- Experience of core UK defined benefit actuarial work
- Likely to have made some progression towards Fellowship of the IFoA
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client-service orientation
- Proven experience of project management of large teams and projects
