We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Valuer to join our team at Peter Alan, a leading estate agency in Wales. As a Branch Valuer, you'll be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of estate agents and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and sales
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and sales process
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer with a strong track record of sales performance
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Full UK driving license
