Automotive Parts Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Specialist to enhance our team within a reputable commercial vehicle dealership. This role offers a competitive starting salary, which is negotiable based on experience, along with an annual bonus potential of approximately £3,000, paid monthly.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm as required by business needs.

Role Overview:
As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our Parts Department, engaging in a dynamic environment that caters to both Trade and Retail customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your experience in a busy Parts Department to effectively assist customers.
  • Communicating clearly and efficiently with both Trade Customers and the General Public.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Employing Motor Trade Parts Systems to manage inventory and orders.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the Parts Department, serving customers at both the Front and Back counters.
