We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Group Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a group of children and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.

About the Role:
  • Lead a group of children in various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, and arts & crafts.
  • Initiate games and activities that promote teamwork and social skills.
  • Ensure the welfare needs of all children are met, including providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a fun and engaging environment for children.
What We're Looking For:
  • 17 years old or over.
  • Available to work during the school holidays.
  • UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK.
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (training will be provided).
