Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage brand and digital marketing activities across multiple websites and new brands, primarily targeting small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including pay-per-click, search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media.
  • Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Create compelling brand narratives and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Report on digital marketing performance and ROI to the CEO regularly.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and legal standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, targeting small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience in professional services marketing is a plus.
  • Building a marketing team from scratch and working hands-on.
  • Significant experience in performance marketing (SEO, PPC, CRO) and brand strategy.
  • Results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to marketing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms, leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing.
