Restaurant Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
