Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources & Recruitment Administrator to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Consultants, which may involve drafting standard correspondence, contracts, and updating client HR software systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to execute various client HR initiatives.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with resourcing administration, including candidate qualification, management of recruitment software, and completion of recruitment documentation.
  • Conduct basic candidate searches utilizing job boards and headhunting techniques, while keeping clients informed about their recruitment progress.
  • Accurately log time spent on tasks against the relevant client/project/campaign as instructed by your supervisor, using our designated project management software.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background or practical experience in Business Administration or pursuit of a pertinent HR qualification.
  • A genuine interest in HR and/or Recruitment processes, gaining comprehensive exposure to the HR and RPO sectors.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 or higher.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: £25,000 - £27,500 per annum.
