Conveyancing Trainer Opportunity

Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Trainer to join their training department in Hastings. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and nurture future talent for the conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Training: Deliver regular and targeted training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs across our centres and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
  • Hands-on Support: Provide on-the-job training, case management system tutorials.
  • Mentorship: Serve as an inspirational role model, coach, and support to the Training Team and all staff members.
  • Policy Implementation: Brief and guide groups of lawyers on company policies, legal updates, and best practices.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Requirements
  • Regulation: Regulated by the SRA, CLC, or CILEx (desirable but not essential).
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in conveyancing with a strong grasp of AML regulations.
  • Inspirational: Proven ability to inspire, train, and coach others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to succinctly summarise legal issues and provide practical, confident advice.
