Job Summary

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strategies for talent retention and employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the company's growth.
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
    • Implement and oversee performance management systems, including setting KPIs and conducting regular reviews.
  • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Health and Safety
    • Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Education
    • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
