About The Role

In your role as a Care Assistant at HC-One, you'll embody kindness and compassion in every aspect of your work. Our residents are people with their own stories to tell, and we're looking for someone who will value and respect their individuality.

As a Care Assistant, you'll work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meal support.

We're not just looking for someone to provide care; we're looking for someone who will deliver care with kindness, compassion, and empathy. You'll be part of a team that prioritizes inclusivity, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
