Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the roofing supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide technical solutions to customers and support Branch Managers in their sales efforts
  • Travel extensively across the region to ensure customer and branch support

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the merchant sector and roofing products
  • Confidence in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales tools
  • Ability to analyze sales data to drive growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £40-45,000 with a car allowance
  • 23 days holiday, company pension, laptop, and phone
  • Largely remote role with occasional branch-based work
