Job Title: English Tutor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled English Tutor to join our team at PeoplePlus. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to our learners, helping them to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging English language training programs to meet the needs of our learners.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in English language instruction and incorporate new ideas into your teaching.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and training materials.

Requirements:

• Level 3 English or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial experience in teaching or training, preferably in an adult education setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality instruction and engage learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
