About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at Bodhi. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for devising and supporting digital campaigns to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaign requirements
  • Coordinate campaign activity across European regions and head office
  • Provide campaign briefs to the Operations team and act as a liaison between this team and clients
  • Coordinate Taxi (the CMS) for communications
  • Provide insights to inform business decisions across our European CRM division
  • Work with marketing colleagues to develop and deliver insight-centred on CRM targeting, personalisation, measurement, and optimisation across multiple digital channels
  • Interpret data, analyse results, and provide ongoing reports
  • Work with management to prioritise business and information needs
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience using Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and digital marketing principles
Desired Qualifications
  • Adobe Campaign certification – preferably Business Practitioner
  • Experience in other connected technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, Workflows, Data management, JavaScript
  • Qlik data analytics experience
  • Estimations and PM Methodologies
  • Training experience
  • Engagement with, or in-depth knowledge of the consumer electronics industry
  • Big brand experience
  • Global or European experience an advantage
  • Issue resolution and escalation
