KYCG Europe Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of demand forecasts and ensuring the smooth flow of supply chain information.

Your primary duties will include analyzing weekly inventory levels and creating a comprehensive demand forecast, which will be uploaded to our central demand planning system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast Development & Enhancement: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to refine the forecasting process, enhance accuracy, and minimize forecast fluctuations through coordinated innovation efforts.
  • Statistical Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct weekly analyses of historical data, PSI, and market trends using statistical tools to generate accurate forecasts. Review sales forecasts weekly to identify trends in product performance.

Maintain awareness of seasonal trends and the effects of significant market changes, including promotional activities and major events.


  • Consensus Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders to validate sales forecasts. Drive consensus towards realistic and precise forecasts and delivery plans, while compiling and sharing weekly forecast data.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and address supplier/customer discrepancies to foster continuous improvement in the supply chain. Provide data-driven analyses along with corrective action plans.
  • Customer Collaboration: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients to enhance forecast accuracy, streamline processes, and improve overall sales management.

Sales and Operations Planning:

Coordinate weekly S&OP meetings with suppliers to update production schedules and prepare rolling forecast templates.


Reporting:

Regularly review and report progress to the Demand Planning Manager and Sales Head, highlighting achievements against KPIs and identifying potential bottlenecks with recommendations for resolution.


Skills, Education & Experience:

  • Proven experience in forecasting and supply chain management, with a preference for strong supply planning expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial processes, production planning, and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with the relevant market sector is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage in constructive discussions to challenge forecasts and reach consensus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a performance management setting, including KPIs and SLAs, is essential.
  • A degree-level education is desirable but not mandatory.
