POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual who excels in providing exceptional service to our guests. If you possess a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to hospitality, this role is tailored for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Bar Supervisor, your primary role will be to enhance service delivery and ensure our guests receive an unparalleled experience. You will be responsible for crafting, preparing, and serving a variety of beverages. Candidates should have experience in a high-end establishment, showcasing superior customer service skills and a genuine passion for the hospitality sector. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential to meet the high standards expected by our clientele. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
DUTIES INCLUDE ...
- Efficiently taking orders and serving guests with precision and care, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times.
- Preparing and serving a diverse selection of drinks, including classic cocktails, soft drinks, and various alcoholic beverages.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area, ensuring it is always well-stocked and presentable.
- Providing training and support to team members, ensuring adherence to the standards of Celtic Manor Resort.
- Overseeing daily operations and facilitating communication within the team regarding guest feedback and service quality.
