About the Role

Brandon Trust is a charity that supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or both to live life on their own terms. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our service users to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
