Key Responsibilities- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, including ordering and stock clearance, to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Team Training and Development: Train and monitor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to care for our stock effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and complaints with courtesy and referring them to the manager and product manager when necessary.
- Sales and Display: Generate sales opportunities through interaction with customers and create dynamic displays to showcase our products.
- Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience of working in a retail bedding department and/or a horticultural qualification.
