About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health Group Limited. As an Advanced MSK Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with MSK conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with a wide range of physical and emotional needs.
  • Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programs to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge.
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, GOsC).
  • Proven experience in delivering MSK services with tangible results and a commitment to providing excellent, personalized care.
  • Strong understanding of the impact of MSK pain on the wider community and the importance of collaborative working to prevent and address health inequalities.
  • Excellent clinical expertise and people management skills.
  • Ability to influence patients, people, commissioners, and pathways to drive quality and innovation.
  • Experience in developing team members and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
