Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and quality check estimates for clients
  • Receive new orders from clients and register shipments
  • Liaise with clearing agents and hauliers to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Determine the most efficient mode of shipment and special transport requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, specifically road freight
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software
  • Comprehensive knowledge of European Road Freight (Import and Export)
  • Cross-border experience and local road freight experience
  • Knowledge of logistics aspects, including invoicing, estimates, rate negotiations, imports/exports, clearing, forwarding, and warehousing
  • Excellent client engagement skills
  • Hands-on operational experience
  • Commercial acumen
  • CargoWise (Advantageous)
