Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Controller to join our team at a highly successful legal firm based in Southampton. As a Revenue Controller, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key partners and fee earners, reviewing WIP and accounts receivable to boost firm performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partners and fee earners to optimize performance.
- Accurate Billing: Ensure accurate billing by adhering to service level agreements and governance frameworks.
- Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the Group Finance Director, Partners, Revenue Manager, and Head of Financial Operations.
- WIP and Debt Management: Track and analyze significant WIP and debt balances at both Partner and office levels to assess their impact on financial targets.
- Overdue Accounts: Alert Partners to overdue accounts and provide advice on resolution.
- Credit Control: Support the credit control team to meet cash targets and manage accounts effectively.
- Timesheet Management: Monitor and address issues with timesheets and incorrect time recording.
- Ebilling Management: Manage Ebilling clients and ensure timely invoice submissions through Ebilling portals.
- Experience: Ideally, 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- Credit Control Experience: Relevant experience as a Credit Controller, Credit Control Administrator, or Credit Control Manager.
- Software Experience: Prior experience with 3E and EBilling Hub software.
- Elite Enterprise Experience: Knowledge of Elite Enterprise would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- System Change Management: Experience with system change management would be desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
