Corston Architectural Detail is seeking a skilled HR and Recruitment Officer to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our HR operations and recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR-related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Update job descriptions and job specifications to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain up-to-date databases and inform relevant colleagues of changes.
- Record candidate information and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Update HRIS and databases to trigger onboarding processes, including IT equipment issuance.
- Ensure new employees have access to mandatory training.
- Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions and grievances.
- Coordinate probation periods and reviews with line managers.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Update key personnel systems with personal information, including medical conditions.
- Trigger offboarding processes in HRIS and databases.
Requirements
- Proven HR experience.
- Familiarity with software programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivation and initiative to drive projects forward.
Additional Information
This is an in-house office position, and a driving license and own transport are essential.
