Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team. As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for visiting properties, speaking with customers, and helping them find the best solution to avoid further action.

You will work independently, using your problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities to influence people and find mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit properties and speak with customers to understand their debt situation and provide guidance on available options
  • Use your communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers, and help them find the best solution to avoid further action

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
