Accounts Assistant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Hinch Distillery Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable function, processing sales ledger, and assisting with cash flow management.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and maintain outstanding debtors, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt
* Assist with cash flow management, including bank account reconciliations and petty cash management
* Prepare and submit VAT returns and Intrastat reports
* Support with month-end reporting and reconciliations
* Handle bank lodgements and manage petty cash

**Requirements**

* Minimum 12 months accounts experience
* Proactive and focused on delivering high-quality service
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in IT systems and MS Office packages
