Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transfers patients throughout the hospital, maintaining their dignity and comfort.
- Creates a friendly atmosphere for patients, visitors, and caregivers through empathy and teamwork.
- Handles the transportation of medical gas cylinders in compliance with established protocols.
- Manages the hospital mailroom and ensures timely postal services for patients and caregivers.
- Follows all policies and procedures, participating in mandatory training relevant to the role.
- Accompanies patients to their designated areas, providing information about hospital services and facilities.
- Assists in the safe movement of luggage, medical equipment, and other items.
- Ensures proper vehicle parking in designated areas and manages visitor check-in processes.
- Responds to calls promptly, documenting messages accurately.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Background in supporting patients or visitors in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Driving License (preferred).
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and integrity.
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
