Key Responsibilities
  • Alarm Response: Effectively process alarm activations across various platforms, ensuring a duty of care to all staff and adhering to customer-defined specifications.
  • CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls promptly and assisting internal and external customers with their queries.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure that all systems and databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Provide regular client reports as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
