Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the University of Leeds Libraries as a Communications and Engagement Coordinator. As a proactive and creative individual, you will support the delivery of our communication and engagement activities, promoting the Libraries and engaging students with our resources, events, and services.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. As a Communications and Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective communications and engagement campaigns for different audiences within a complex institution. You will have the opportunity to get involved in various projects and initiatives that support the Libraries' vision, Knowledge for All, and our culture shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver effective communications and engagement campaigns for different audiences
  • Support the delivery of our communication and engagement activities
  • Promote the Libraries and engage students with our resources, events, and services
  • Get involved in various projects and initiatives that support the Libraries' vision and culture shift

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Initiative and creativity to solve problems and produce engaging content across a range of digital channels
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective communications and engagement campaigns
  • A proactive and creative approach to work
