Job Opportunity

Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take on the role of Director at our animal hospital in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have ultimate oversight of the entire hospital, managing staff, caseloads, finances, and clinical excellence. They will be responsible for supervising case loads, ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality services, and taking charge of complex cases. The Director will also work with the management team to direct strategic decisions and promote healthy profit and loss ratios.

Requirements:

Applicants must be RCVS accredited Veterinary Surgeons with managerial and leadership experience. Additional certificates are not necessary but will be viewed favorably.
