Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 pro rata
The Tavistock Centre is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the development and clinical oversight of our Children and Young People's services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Heads of Service to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Provide clinical leadership and support to a team of therapists
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Two or more years of post-qualification experience as a psychotherapist or clinical or counselling psychologist
- Preference for clinicians trained and accredited in Psychodynamic or Psychoanalytic models of therapy
- Experience in organization & management/professional leadership of services in a relevant service area
