Compensation and Benefits Manager

At Edgewell Personal Care, we're looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our total rewards programs across international markets.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements. You'll be based in High Wycombe, UK, and will work closely with our Director of Global Compensation based in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total rewards programs across international markets
  • Partner with local HR teams and stakeholders to support reward initiatives and projects
  • Lead compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation surveys
  • Manage recognition programs and Long Term Incentive (LTI) programs
  • Work with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
