Corporate Tax Manager

Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join their team. As a leading recruitment company, we specialize in accounting and finance positions, and this role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tax planning projects, including corporate restructuring, due diligence, and corporate finance tax.
- Review complex tax computations and identify tax planning opportunities.
- Deal with group tax calculations and QIPs, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage client relationships and liaise with HMRC and third parties.
- Plan and prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Fully qualified, ideally ACA/ATT.
- Solid experience of working within an Accountancy Practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax.
- Strong communication skills.
