Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Arma Connect Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and navigating the sales process with finesse.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular communication, account management, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Proven track record of sales success in a target-driven industry, preferably with a consultative or technical background.
- Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure, offering a realistic OTE of £60k+.
- 30 days holiday per year, with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
