About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Park care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing and residential care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and order medicines as required
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Support with new admissions and discharges, ensuring confidentiality and dignity
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs
