Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team, working 16 hours a week with weekend availability. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and support to help them find the perfect solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our showroom
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring they understand their needs and find solutions within our range
  • Process sales quotations and orders efficiently, while keeping customer information records up-to-date
  • Represent Frasers Group as a brand ambassador, embodying our company culture and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product trends and interior design knowledge, sharing your expertise with customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
