Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead the South West Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and coaching account managers, and ensuring the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve retail sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Coach and develop account managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure effective support for new store openings and promotions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of commercial retail experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • IT skills, including Excel intermediate.
