Nuclear Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Project Manager to join our team at COMPLETE TALENT SERVICES LIMITED. As a key member of our Engineering business, you will be responsible for leading high-level Nuclear projects and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Nuclear projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including workshop and test teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities in the Nuclear sector.
  • Coach and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Lead or Senior Project Management, with experience in Nuclear projects.
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, valves, and motors.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Qualified to a minimum HNC level within a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Prince 2 or similar qualification is preferred.
