About the Role
At Home Instead, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including washing, dressing, and bathing, with dignity and respect.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and grocery shopping.
- Accompany clients on outings, providing transportation and support as needed.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: Earn £11.50 from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 for evenings & weekends, and a whopping £25.60 on Bank Holidays.
- Consistent Client Interaction: With a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching, we ensure continuity in care.
- Full-time position, including every other weekend off.

Requirements
- A UK driving license and a car are a necessity.
