Job Title: Executive Chef de Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef de Partie to join our team at DDH Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation in our fine dining establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to meet the highest culinary standards.
  • Lead and train junior cooks and trainees to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with the sous chef and head chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.
  • Deputise for the sous chef in their absence and take charge of the kitchen as required.
  • Attend training courses and seminars to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fine dining establishment, preferably with 2 Rosettes.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of traditional cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
