About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive advice on various aspects of private client work, including probate, estate administration, wills, tax planning, LPAs, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality advice to clients on private client matters
  • Manage a dynamic caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years PQE or CILEX experience in private client law
  • Strong knowledge of private client law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
