About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects with budgets ranging from £10 million to £50 million across various sectors, including Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health, and Commercial schemes.

As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role in the organisation, working closely with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and costs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
