We're seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team at Amdaris, a rapidly growing software development company. As a Test Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our products and ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead test activities to demonstrate compliance to requirements for complex systems involving software.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop tests to verify/validate functionality.
  • Capture, report, and support the analysis of system non-conformities.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of our systems as they mature.
  • Support system software updates and deployment activities.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the V-model and importance of testing against requirements.
  • Proven experience leading Functional Testing activities, including running and managing appropriate tests to ensure requirements are met.
  • Proven experience leading Non-Functional Testing activities, including analyzing changes to a product/service.
  • Ability to identify, research, and implement effective testing techniques and tools.
  • Communicating issues and defects to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Integration testing, including designing appropriate, risk-based, end-to-end system integration tests.
  • Exposure to Continuous Integration and deployment as part of a software release process.
  • Creation and maintenance of automated tests.
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance.
