Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

ConMed UK is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Territory Manager to join our Orthopaedic sales force. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent relationship-building skills, able to forge strong connections with hospital stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business relationships
  • Support surgical cases and set up product trials
  • Provide product training and support for new and existing customers
  • Engage with senior management and key decision-makers
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Submit weekly reports of territory activity

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, confident, enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized, and driven
  • 3+ years of prior consistent quota achievement/top performance in Capital Medical Sales (preferred)
  • Understanding of the NHS Capital Procurement Process
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Clean Driving License
