Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple accounts across sectors such as sport, lifestyle/travel/home, and food & beverage/FMCG.

- Contribute to the financial success of the agency, supporting a Director in overseeing team financials, forecasting, staffing, and scoping client work.
- Lead new business opportunities, understanding the business/financial landscape, and driving organic growth for clients.
- Established Associate Director or at least 18 months as a Senior Account Director, ready to take the next step.
- Proven track record in managing and growing accounts independently.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking.
- Experience in leading new business pitches and strategic planning.
