Real Estate Senior Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our Real Estate Group, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex commercial real estate matters.

About the Role

As a Senior Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for leading on high-profile transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results. You will have a proven track record of success in the real estate sector, with a strong understanding of the latest market trends and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on complex commercial real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, and development projects.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results, including collaborating with colleagues, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely and quality advice.
  • Supervise junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing strategies to drive success.
