We are a top ten accountancy firm in the UK and the number one largest SME practice. As a Share Scheme Manager at Azets, you will have the opportunity to build and develop the share scheme business in our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide shareholder tax advice to owners of small, medium enterprises throughout the life of their business.
  • Offer tax advice on a range of share-related tax matters, including EMI, CSOP, SEIS/EIS, Employee Ownership Trusts, and share valuations.
  • Develop and build relationships with client senior management and key stakeholders.

As a Share Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing share scheme services to a variety of clients, from small, fast-growing clients to large corporate entities and international groups. You will need to have a working knowledge of share scheme tax and previous experience within a similar role within a practice environment.

We are looking for a CTA/ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified professional who is able to develop and build relationships with client senior management and key stakeholders. If you have a passion for share scheme tax and a desire to build a successful career in this field, we would love to hear from you.
