Job Title: Governance and Committee Manager

James Stevens Associates is partnering with a prestigious UK governing body to find an experienced Governance and Committee Manager on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 12 committees, ensuring effective decision-making and governance
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Take minutes and maintain accurate records
  • Plan and coordinate agendas, meetings, and events
  • Provide administrative support to the governing body

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in elections, committee management, and policy writing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
